Concerts 4 and with Kids
The Music Magic Castle
The great magician Cantus Firmus Magnus has real troubles. Fewer and fewer children are learning musical instruments, and the magic of making music is threatening to disappear!
Together with the children, he now conjures musicians onto the stage, the magic orchestra is supposed to be really big.
The Music Magic Castle is a story in which the common instruments of a music school are presented in a way that is suitable for children.
The young listeners are actively involved in the events: they help with the magic spell, guess, sing and laugh.

Tranquilla Trampeltreu II
based on a story by Michael Ende
The turtle Tranquilla Trampeltreu gets an invitation to the wedding of King Leo XXVIII. and decides to walk there. On its journey it meets many animals of all types. All of them try to convince the turtle to give up because it will never reach the wedding on time. But Tranquilla doesn't lose its hope and continues marching. Finally, it arrives at a summer meadow where the marriage is taking place. Tranquilla Trampeltreu has it done on time! Despite the fact that it's the wedding of King Leo XXIX already...

Tubby the Tuba
and his friends
Tubby, the orchestra's tuba, comments after a rehearsal's warmup that he is tired of playing only the bass line. This draws ridicule from the other instruments, and Tubby runs off crying to a nearby creek. A frog who lives there consoles Tubby; both are treated poorly, as neither is thought to be capable or worthy of a solo. The frog teaches Tubby a melody and the two part ways.
The next day, at the warmup, Tubby begins playing his newly learned melody. The orchestral instruments are shocked, but are encouraged to let the tuba have his solo by their conductor. With the frog's help, Tubby gets to play his solo.
Tubby the Tuba is a 1947 American animated short film from Paramount Pictures, directed by George Pal as part of his Puppetoon series. It was based on the original song by Paul Tripp and George Kleinsinger.

English version coming soon - Der Kalif Chasid zu Bagdad kauft von einem Krämer ein Pulver, mit dem er sich in Tiere verwandelt und deren Stimmen verstehen kann. Allerdings verstößt Kalif gegen die Auflage, nicht lachen zu dürfen. Er muss Storch bleiben, weil er durch das Lachen den Zauberspruch vergessen hat, der ihn wieder in Mensch zurückverwandelt hätte: „mutabor“. Als Storch erlebt Kalif zahlreiche Abenteuer. Letztendlich schafft er es doch noch seine menschliche Gestalt anzunehmen.

Rendevous with Nannerl.
Eine kleine Nachtmusik.
It is the year 1787. Nannerl discovers the invitation of the prince: "Invitation to 'Eine kleine Nachtmusik' - a little serenade. Summer evening party in the palace garden of the prince. He asks for well-groomed appearance: women in long dress, men with brushed teeth."
While visiting the prince's party together with the children in the audience (the time travel there is included!) she tells about the life and work of her brother Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. She looks over his shoulder while he's composing "Eine kleine Nachtmusik" and comments everything in a humorous way. The sister of the "King of Classic" revives the evening of the serenade and entertains the children in a versatile and interactive show.
